Spectral first demo of DMC 15 SS series 2 and DMA 200

Acquisitum Magnum at MM show Ljubljana 2012

Acquisitum Magnum High End distribution and it's subsidiary SON et IMAGE is getting ready for the first public demo of the Spectral audio DMC 15 SS series 2 Studio standard preamplifier and DMA 200 stereo High Resolution  amplifier.

The demo will take place at Ljubljana's Multimedia Hi-Fi show which will take place on October 12-14th 2012.This is the 19th consecutive show and one of the oldest in it's surroundings.

Following on the last years successful show where we have demoed Spectral Audio's Reference series preamplifier DMC 30SS Ser.2 and DMA 360 Ser 2 mono's, where we where one of the most talked about demo's. We are glad to introduce Spectral DMC 15SS Ser.2 Studio Standard and DMA 200S High resolution stereo amplifier.

Spectral DMC 15 SS series 2

Spectral founders are deeply committed to high-end audio design in a most uncompromising way. In a world of relativism and compromise we believe that highly accurate reproduction most fully honors fine recorded performances as well as being profoundly musical. The DMC-15 Studio Standard Preamplifier is an advanced expression of this ideal. Exhaustive testing under live recording conditions has created a true standard. With virtually no coloration or character of its own the DMC-15SS Ser. 2  is an extraordinarily transparent and truthful window on the recording.

Spectral DMA 200S

The DMA-200S High Resolution Amplifier shares with other Spectral components, the creative uncompromising use of edge-of-the-art technology, dedicated precision manufacture and Spectral's experience with live sound at recording sessions. From extensive listening and design experimentation, Spectral has consistently pioneered component systems having fast settling, high-speed circuit architecture. These have invariably outperformed more traditional, often cumbersome high-end design methods to achieve superlative detail, staging and listener involvement. Indeed, test methodology simulating music waveforms and hearing acuity confirm that quickness of response and rapid signal extinction when reproducing complex dynamics are mandatory for accurate music reproduction. Only then can one preserve instantaneous waveform accuracy to prevent cover-up of delicate musical signals by previous events. Construction and performance of the Spectral DMA-200S High Resolution Amplifier for this demanding criterion and resulting sonic resolution are unmatched among contemporary high-end amplifier designs.

Rest of the system:
