Now this is a great year start surprise. Arte Forma Perla is both preamplifier and DAC in one box. Very slick and functional design with large blue LED display and great visible dot based font reading from a distance. Opto volume curve is really refined and offer a smooth adjusting of gain.
This preamplifier will go through standard 300 + hours "burn-in" period, but from the first hours of listening I can report a stand out performance that goes way beyond it's price range. Let me come back with exact first impressions and listening notes, but so far my instincts are sending strong signals of open sounded musicality character. I surely didn't expect such a revelation and specially considering this is a solid state amp. More pictures...
