CA-Electronics and Audio Distribution Europe join forces....
Zutphen, the Netherlands July 1st 2013, today CA-Electronics manufacturer of several award winning audio products proudly announces their new distribution model, more fitting in these modern, consumer driven times.
Mr. Rogier van Hoof, owner of CA-Electronics, sees a change in the way audio products are distributed “There is a need for coordinated European distribution/price strategy and a more direct contact to the whole chain of national distributor, dealer and the end-user.
Distributors will remain to be of high importance, but to add value in a shrinking world they must rethink their role: Delivering up-to-date market information and keeping an active contact to the dealers and potential buyers in buyer ́s own language will maybe become more important than delivering the product itself.”
In order to serve the distributors and dealers better CA-Electronics has set-up a partnership with Dutch based Audio Distribution Europe BV (ADE).
ADE will manage the commercial, logistical and service side from the business, allowing CA-Electronics to focus on product development and production
From now on distributors in Europe will receive their products directly from ADE’S central warehouse and service centre in Deurne, The Netherlands.
Also dealers in those countries in Europe where there is not yet a distributor appointed will be managed by ADE through their own distribution company Robytone BV.
ADE is already working in a similar way with NuForce, Everything but the box, DynamiKKS! and SoundScience. This creates a great offering and interesting possibilities for distributors and dealers.
With CA-Electronics being responsible for the product development and production on one side and Audio Distribution Europe being responsible for the commercial and logistical part on the other side, every aspect of the business of bringing CA-Electronics products to the market lies in the hand of field- specialists. In-depth market information and high level of system synergy allows creating systems that perform well beyond their price tags.
This partnership with ADE not only allows CA-Electronics to increase the market share of their ceramic audio accessories (cones, feet, pucks etc), high end connectors, damping plates and loudspeakers, but also opens up the door to the lifestyle market where products like the CAE headphone stand and designer tablet stand not misfit.
