Erik just send in great new. Music On Vinyl launches a new label for contemporary classical music: Classical.
Classical will focus on issuing and reissuing contemporary classical music by established or upcoming artists, including genre bending interpretations or adaptations of classical works. Currently, releases of artists like Philip Glass, Glenn Gould, Simeon ten Holt and Wim Mertens are in preparation stage.
The lavish packaging, ritual of playing a vinyl record and its warm sound combined with the silent pressings of Music On Vinyl are all reason-to-buy of the contemporary classical listener.
Classical LPs are pressed on 180 gram virgin vinyl and are wrapped in sturdy custom made PVC sleeves.
