YG Acoustics just finished performing annual preventative maintenance and full realignment of their flagship CNC machine: Gildemeister 5-axis MillTurn.

“Keeping this CNC machine extremely accurate is of utmost importance here at YG Acoustics, because it produces our BilletCore driver cones and our BilletDome tweeter airframes. These precision parts' key features are manufactured to a tolerance of 20 microns and 5 microns respectively, which leaves virtually no room for error."
