It utilizes top-range Accuton drivers for mid-bass and up to the tweeter, whereas the woofer is a 12” driver by an American company Acoustic Elegance. This combination allowed preserving the smallest musical details while keeping the large-scale soundstage."
"The cabinets are made of a high-density 1000 kg/m3 composite material, that is acoustically ‘dead’ and has no resonance peaks. It is a very homogeneous material that has no inclusions, no internal deformations. Thermal expansion occurs at very high temperatures, way above the normal living conditions. The design of the cabinets is modelled to ensure maximum rigidity, especially in places where the drivers are mounted.
The absence of parallel walls minimizes the occurrence of standing waves. The special complex geometry of bass reflex port diminishes air noise.
The loudspeakers stand on the GAIA acoustic isolation feet. This patented technology by a Canadian company IsoAcoustics delivers extraordinary results, further improving on the fidelity and three-dimensionality of the sound.
Active bass section makes it easy to select an amplifier and ensures full control over the woofer. By default, it uses high-level input signal directly from the amplifier terminals. This allows to preserve the sound signature and achieve a perfect match with the mid-bass section and above. Simple-to-use and very intuitive software UI will let you fine-tune the low frequency band and find the best combination that suits your room characteristics.
The internal wiring is done with very high-quality Hook-Up Wire by an American company Stage III Concepts. Top-of-the-range Mundorff components implemented in the crossovers, notably capacitors and Air Core coils wound with large cross-section copper wire. Crossover components alone weigh more than 10 kg.
