McIntosh  writes: "We can produce up to 7,000 Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) per month with some having over 1,000 components. To help ensure the longevity of our products, each PCB is individually tested before it is assembled into a unit. To test them, each PCB is placed into a test fixture specifically designed for that PCB and put through a detailed computer testing procedure, as well as being manually inspected with a variety of test equipment. All of our PCB test fixtures are designed and built in house. Here is just a small sample of the test fixtures in our PCB testing department. After testing, skilled craftspeople hand assemble the PCBs into each unit."
