DALI Loudspeakers writes: "The DALI KORE is handbuilt at our factory in Denmark. The beautiful finish of the cabinet is an elaborate story in itself. The raw cabinet with the exclusive Amarra Ebony veneer is prepared and built by our cabinet factory, Hudevad Furniture. Before we receive the veneered cabinet at the DALI factory it is UV lacquered and sanded six times."
"Once at DALI, our lacquering robot applies 3 more layers of UV lacquering with a detailed sanding process in between each. Finally, the lacquer gets wet sanded three times, and polished four times. Here one of our skilled production workers; Helle Nedergaard, is working on wet sanding a DALI KORE cabinet. It takes three different wet sanding stages with three different grits in order to make the KORE KABINET ready for hand polishing. Hand polishing happens over four different stages, to create the unique mirror-finish on top of the beautiful Amarra Ebony veneer."
