German Physiks DDD Driver

This animation shows the German Physiks DDD driver array moving backward and forwards. The remote control is made in Switzerland and does not use conventional batteries.
It generates its own electricity when the remote is moved and stores this in an internal battery. A bit like a self-winding watch.  This is a feature of the Emperor Mk II loudspeaker, which is the model shown. It will also be used on the Gaudi Mk III.  German Physiks came up with this as both loudspeakers are very heavy and moving them once they are assembled requires a lot of manpower.
