HQ Audio Star Pure DSD was developed for audiophiles and music lovers who prefer the pure DSD music format. This converter doesn’t consist of a standard DAC chip but directly reconstructs the original analog signal with an analog filter.
All inputs Spdf, Toxi, RCA, AES, 125, Receiver uses CT processor in asynchronous mode. Ha-Audio implemented the best analog filter/output Opam Op275 for the best sound without noise, phase shifts, and low THD. The analog output uses 4 tubes for I/V and 1 tube for power, so the MK3 delivers a sweet and natural sound.
The converter is fully balanced. All components are of high quality.
Star Pure DSD can automatically receive PCM and DSD on all inputs. And always outputs DSD (DSD512) x 8. Sweet sound full of magic.

Star Pure DSD has an analouge output design that surpasses all previous designs. The power supply is upgraded with 6Dj8 tubes instead of MOSFETs. This gives a great experience and creates an incredibly impressive soundstage.
