Magico uses two primary materials for loudspeaker enclosures: aluminum and carbon fiber. Aluminum is super strong and very stiff, providing the perfect platform for Magico drivers to attain a clean wavelaunch.

Aluminum rings at predictable frequencies, allowing Magico engineers to effectively damp resonances at those frequencies, which results in inert enclosures. Aluminum is also a structural element that drivers can be fastened to, avoiding screw inserts that become a weak link in the design.
