LE STUDIO HIFI, established in 1976 and one of France’s longest-standing high-end audio retailers, has officially opened the first and only Gryphon Audio Designs showroom on French soil, in Versailles. The dedicated room is presented in collaboration with Fusion Acoustic,
Gryphon’s exclusive distributor for France.
The installation features one of the most complete Gryphon ecosystems ever assembled in a European showroom — and notably hosts the world-premiere listening of the brand-new HELIOS preamplifier, presented for the first time to the public in Versailles. Alongside Helios, the
room showcases the EOS 2 and EOS 5 loudspeakers, the Essence Stereo power amplifier, the Diablo 333 integrated amplifier fitted with both its optional DAC and Phono modules, the Ethos CD player, the PowerZone power distributor, and the full Rosso cable range — all resting on dedicated StandArt racks. Every component is hand-built in Ry, Denmark, under the visual signature of founder Flemming E. Rasmussen.
Le Studio HiFi writes: “For us, welcoming Gryphon Audio Designs in Versailles is much more than a partnership. It is a meeting of two heritages — Gryphon’s forty years of uncompromising Danish craftsmanship, and our own near half-century devoted to
the art of musical reproduction. We wanted to give French audiophiles a permanent address where they can experience the full Gryphon line as it is meant to be heard.”
Rune Skov, World Commercial Director at Gryphon Audio Designs, and Alexander Skov, Communication Manager, attended the inauguration alongside David Rio of Fusion Acoustic and the Studio HiFi team. The room is open by appointment.
