International Audio Holding B.V. (the company behind Siltech, Crystal Cable, HMS Elektronik, and Sphinx Audio) is transitioning its corporate family name to Siltech Group. By using a simpler and more recognized company name, we remove the need for adding “(the company behind Siltech, Crystal Cable, HMS Elektronik, and Sphinx Audio)” and emphasize the shared values and historic connection between the brands.
Going back to the roots of the company as it all started in 1983, Siltech Group highlights the core values that define us, while each brand retains its own identity, positioning, and strategy.
All brands — each with its own identity, philosophy, and audience — have been developed, produced, and refined within the same research-driven environment, with a never-ending dedication to delivering the highest quality, and benefiting from the shared resources and knowledge in the company.
The new identity highlights how these brands coexist as complementary voices in the same orchestra. Only the name changes; the people, product strategies, and all partner relationships stay the same.
Built on heritage
Founded in 1983, Siltech forms the origin of the Group. Over time, this foundation led to the creation and evolution of other brands — each exploring a different dimension of high-end audio. Siltech developed, manufactured, and sold Sphinx electronics in the 1980’s and 90’s and revived the brand in 2025. Siltech’s technical advancements in creating a highly efficient cable construction led to the introduction of Crystal Cable in 2004 as an elegant, unique alternative to traditional audio cables – now being considered a benchmark on its own. The company acquired HMS Elektronik in 2024 to further extend its product offering.
