«German Poetry Pop. About live. Simple. Genuine. Self-ironically, questioning and chaotic. Melancholically dreamy sound wrapped around stubborn lyrics. Gutsy words and a timid piano taking cen-tre stage. Humour. Easiness. Room for rendition.» This is how the Swiss singer-songwriter Maria Wyler describes her music. With her rundum.music debut album «Alles Gute» (all the best), she presents eight of her songs. They do invite, address and collect us – carry us on.

Living in the city of culture Winterthur/Zurich, since many years, Maria Wylma has her finger on the pulse of time. After attending a professional Musical training and joining the show business awhile, she educated oneself further in copywriting and editing and became self-employed. Today, Maria Wylma is journalist, lyricist and musician.
Maria Wylma’s carefully chosen words are tenderly complemented by her music, underlined and thought ahead – that’s how the German lyrics gain transparency. Together with Matze Franz (guitar), Dave Demuth (bass) and Dave Mette (percussion), Maria Wylma (vocals and piano) creates a new world where the inside chaos turns out and may get sorted – or may not.
According to the motto of the record label rundum.music, each song has been recorded in one go and mixed on-site in analogue to stereo, for not letting any cutting procedure interrupt the musical flow. The result is a unique album in excellent sound quality: lifelike, emotional, fresh and dynamic.
Record Label and Production
The record label rundum.music was founded in 2025 by Ramona Huber. It is part of the Swiss company HiFiction AG, known worldwide as the manufactory of high-quality analogue audio equipment under the brands THALES and EMT.

The great enthusiasm of Micha Huber and all his team for achieving the best possible playback of vinyl and more than twenty years’ experience in refining all their technical and musical competence, is likely to be unique in the world when it comes to analogue record-players. This is where Ramona Huber follows up with her record label, making the state-of-the-art vinyl production possible. All processes from recoding to pressing are assisted closely, to achieve natural and precise music playback within your own four walls.
The vinyl record is ideally suited for reproducing music realistically. Close cooperation of the producer with the pressing plant and the cutting engineer makes sure the final product is perfectly made. In the very beginning of such a process stands obviously a related musica vision. The label initialises new projects in collaboration with the musicians and is fully responsible for the recording process.
The Klanghaus Toggenburg in Switzerland was chosen for the audio recording of the album «Maria Wylma – Alles Gute». This location consists of separate areas and made it possible to record the band as a compact set-up in a small room while a large room as well as a reverb-chamber with metallic reverb elements were used for adding spatial atmosphere. All installation and mixing were handled onsite by the sound engineer Marcel Babazadeh. All music was recorded live without overdub and registered by more than a dozen microphones. With two mixers made by SCHERTLER (Switzerland), all tracks were mixed during the take in analogue to stereo and recorded with a two track NAGRA high-end-recorder.
In a few takes, each song was played in at a stretch live. The resulting versions have been monitored and evaluated onsite on a high-end audio setup with the preamplifier Thales Magnifier and Manger s1 active speakers. The final selection – kept in original shape without further editing – was carefully prepared for cutting the lacquer, taking in consideration all our experience in analogue tracking for the very best outcome.
