AKu Audio Talos is an active 3-way, 4 chamber, floor stander with multi-layered proprietary body construction. Amplitude, time & phase aligned and with highly accurate linear phase crossovers.
Driver Composition
- Bass section: one 12″ aluminum, high-excursion subwoofer on rubber/aluminum decoupling rings.
- Midrange section: two 7″ air dried paper/Nylon Fibre Cone midrange units with symmetrical drive motor and Die-cast alu. chassis on rubber/aluminum decoupling rings.
- Treble section: one 1,34″ aluminum-magnesium dome (standard version) or one 1,34″ Beryllium dome (premium version), neo motor high-excursion tweeter with high power handling, low distortion & cross capability. Mounted via aluminum decoupling rings.
