The analog specialists at AMG (Analog Manufaktur Germany) have invested several years of development work in their manufactory to create two new tonearm cables that meet the highest standards.

As is typical for AMG, these two cable variants are manufactured almost entirely in-house. For example, the 5-pin DIN connector and the splitter are produced with the utmost precision using the company’s own machinery. The cables themselves are meticulously handcrafted at AMG, starting from the twisting process to the final inspection. This depth and precision in manufacturing align with AMG’s company philosophy and guarantee superior quality and durability.

In addition to the standard connections (5-pin DIN to RCA or XLR), nearly all special connection options are available upon request.
Alongside the already well-known and popular “Standard” cable with copper strands, two additional tonearm cables are now available:
AMG Reference Tonearm Cable
The reference cable is made from solid, pure OCC copper in an individual build. It impresses with a dynamic and well-defined sound profile in the bass and midrange, excellently rendered highs, and an outstanding spatial sound reproduction.

The result is a finely detailed, powerful, and at the same time pleasantly homogeneous listening experience.
AMG Silverclear Tonearm Cable
The Silverclear cable is made from 4N pure silver wire in an individual build and represents the ultimate high-end connection between the tonearm and preamplifier. With a measured capacitance of 25 pF/m, it surpasses tested comparison cables from other renowned manufacturers. This is reflected in its dynamics, differentiation, transparency, and resolution.

This phono cable reveals sound details that are inaudible with other cables. The Silverclear offers an exceptionally harmonious to warm sound signature while ensuring precise spatial imaging.
The MSRP for the 1.5-meter AMG tonearm cables is as follows:
- Standard cable: €330
- Reference cable: €1,650
- Silverclear cable: €3,400(Prices include VAT.)
