Azzolina Audio: “Last year around this time we began development of a loudspeaker to use an updated version fo the Klang Film Eurodyn horn. The horn profile was exactly replicated up to the 90° point where the original terminates. To this was added Jean Michelle Le’Cléac’h’s elucidation which improves the Spherical / Kuglewellen horn profile with better wave release.
This creates greater depth, three dimensionality and more natural – unhornlike – presentation. After extensive research however we improved on this concept of 15″ driver and horn. In order to keep the crossover out of the hypersensitive range of human hearing and to match better the impulse response of the main driver to the horn loaded compression driver a better proportioned combination which will follow in another post.”
