Designed by Christoph Nussbaumer, Bassocontinuo Aeon X is a fully modular carbon fiber rack resulting from the combination of a monocoque frame and a floating shelf produced through a meticulous lamination process. The result? Performance never measured before in only 1.7 mm of thickness.
STRUCTURAL CARBON RACK
We are not talking about a trivial carbon sticker that covers a load-bearing material.
We’re manufacturing a rack entirely made of carbon fiber and other composite materials, hollow inside, with characteristics of rigidity, lightness and at the same time elasticity like no other.

The lamination process transforms carbon fiber filaments into something unique, precious and, at the same time, with an unrivalled output. The handmade production is limited to a few pieces per week and ends up with a structural overlap, thus ensuring reduction of peripheral torsion, resistance to static load and low frequency vibration damping.
SCIENTIFIC APPROACH
We love numbers and numbers mean measurements: Aeon X underwent a precise test protocol proven by an independent laboratory. The diagrams demonstrate that our carbon racks are really working, isolating the electronics from vibrations that negatively affect the sound.
