Not a lot of companys in the hifi industry have a good answer on the question what makes them special and one of a kind. BOENICKE audio founder Sven does and you may be surprised to hear what he said in an interview about the uniqueness of his premium speakers.

When I started I knew that I don’t know much about the topic. For example, I am really bad at maths. I knew, at least coming from that perspective, I could not think things through in the same way as probably others do. Or do an education in physics.Nevertheless I have a good basic understanding and gut feeling for physics and statics and oscillation mechanics, even though I could never have passed an university in one of those topics where you have to be able to derive a lot from mathematical terms. Impossible. That forced me to really try out things in reality, so I was learning from practice. I also started to make recordings myself. That gave me a good sense of knowing what the real sound is in the actual sound field instead of being a recording engineer that sits on the control desk and just hears the monitors, because then he knows how the monitors sound which is not necessarily what is happening out there in the sound field. So I spent a lot of hours recording live music and I can memorize sounds quite accurately, that’s just a gift.“
