Unmatched Clarity: Iron-Free Zirconium Drivers with Handcrafted Silver Rings
At the heart of the M2 there are three 5-inch Iron-free zirconium drivers.
These drivers are equipped with the patented iron-free magnet system, which
minimizes inductance, resulting in unparalleled clarity. The copper pole rings
in the magnet system are replaced with in-house manufactured, handcrafted
silver rings, since silver has much better conductivity than copper.
Cryogenic Treatment for Ultimate Musical Purity
All metal parts of drivers, internal wiring and crossover coils of the M2 loud-
speaker undergo cryogenic treatment, reducing inductance and significantly
improving conductivity. This process enhances clarity, refinement, and sound
staging, ensuring an authentic and uncompromised musical experience.
Integrated Ansuz Technologies
In collaboration with our sister company Ansuz, Børresen incorporates state-
of-the-art signal management and resonance control technologies into the
M2. Tesla Coil technology eliminates noise, resulting in unparalleled musical
authenticity, while Ansuz Dither technology further enhances clarity by reduc-
ing unwanted noise. The M2 is also equipped with Gold Signature wiring tech-
nology, which ensures superior conductivity and lifelike sound reproduction.
