Guided by an unwavering passion for music and exquisite craftsmanship, PURE SOUND is a collaborative project between Burmester X Mastercut. The project celebrates authentic, unadulterated sound and focuses on creating musical experiences during recording sessions and preserving them live on lacquers. The results are direct recordings that preserve a unique musical moment, making it possible to ‘relive’ the experience in subsequent listening. In the heart of Vienna, a maximum of 20 specially invited guests can attend these sessions.
Approximately an hour after the recording, we begin the listening session. Here, the recorded music is again brought to life through a full Burmester audio system, allowing attendees to palpably experience every nuance and instrument with surprisingly realistic emotional depth.
