What you see here is not a surface treatment. It is the result of deep vacuum impregnation. In a true wax–paper–in–oil construction, the dielectric is not just surrounded — it is saturated. Air is removed, and oil/wax is drawn into the structure under vacuum.
This process fundamentally changes how the material behaves:
- Reduced microphonics
- Improved dielectric stability
- Better long-term consistency
The characteristic surface texture is not cosmetic. It is a direct consequence of how deeply the materials have been impregnated.
This is where construction stops being theory — and becomes visible.
