The Stability-Core, the functional core of our bases, can now be cast as a single piece, without the stainless-steel tray previously used, after countless tests. For this production step, we now have a casting mold that can be adapted to different sizes. A special casting mortar, also used for machine foundations of high-precision machines, is applied. To further stabilize the block internally, multiple layers of basalt fiber fabric have been integrated. Finally, the surface of the concrete block is treated with carnauba wax to increase durability.
This design now leads to better, faster, and more homogeneous reduction of vibrations introduced into the Stability-Core. The logical consequence is an even clearer, more precise, and dynamic sound from your electronics.”
