2016 — It is the year of the new top class loudspeaker. Gold Note reshape the concept of designing a modular loudspeaker introducing at the Audio Munich show 2016 the new XS85 3 way QB3,N.4 design all curved tuned double cabinet, the last baby designed by Arch. Stefano Bonifazi.
2015 — Two important turntables designed by Arch. Stefano Bonifazi are launched also, the Mediterraneo and Giglio clear example of top class Italian design merge quality, cosmetic quality and innovation. Gold Note also introduce another crucial step of its evolution introducing the first new electronic of the 1000 series fully modular concept with the CD Player with full integrated D/A converter with USB, Coax and Tos ports as standard and optional internal preamp and analogue input + the first big stereo power amplifier ever made the PA1175 having adjustable damping factor mode. Together with the new turntable and 1000 series the 2015 also signs the new launch of high quality bookshelf loudspeakers A3-XL with a great sounding X shape speaker stand could equip also different than Gold Note items.
2014 — Gold Note launch the new Tuscany GOLD and Tuscany RED flagship phono cartridges and the B7 Ceramic first tone arm with ceramic ball bearing mechanism and new B5.1 tone arm as well. Also Gold Note starts thinking to redesign all the analogue products beginning from the launch the new mid level Valore Plus 425 turntable, a great evolution or the Gold Note acclaimed standard Valore with exceptional ration price/quality performance.
2013 — The new Bobolino and Machiavelli DIM cartridges are introduced together with the Bellagio Conquest turntable and our flagship, top of the class turntable Bellagio Reference originally designed by Arch. Stefano Bonifazi. As planned with the new designers the year before Gold Note revisit the Anniversary aesthetic and performance improvements for all Diamond and Classic Line equipment. PSU-7 and PSU-9 Micro Line super external AC and Battery Power Supply Units are also introduced
2012 — Gold Note hires two architects and designers to start the process of catalogue refresh besides that also redesign the company logo inspired by the historical one. New introduction to the catalogue of products are: the Micro Line, the high-efficiency XS-93 loudspeaker, the Magnifico cables, and the accessories for turntables Gel Mat and Felt Mat.
2011 — New introductions are: the Extra Line of pure silver cables; the high sensitivity speakers XS-96; the elegant leather finishes for A-6 SLE and A-3 SLE loudspeakers; the super compact, luxury, separated components of the Micro Line; the integrated amps of the Classic Line, second generation, S series; the Demidoff Diamond amplifier with a battery power units is added to the Diamond Line . Finally, the Koala CD Player is updated with new front panels.
2010 — Blacknote USB high speed D/A converters DAC30 and DAC15 are launched and so are the Valore affordable High-End turntable-tonearm-cartridge package, the high-end audio USB cables Drum and Damp, the innovative acoustic treatments for bass and mid frequencies, and the Tuscany Signature MC flagship cartridge.
2009 — The modulated digital amplifiers Blacknote DSA100 and DSA150 as well as the Gold Note Demidoff Silver Plus inductive amplifier are added.
2008 — Launch of the Blacknote CDP300 and SACD300 Fourth generation of Stibbert and Koala CD Players using Philips mechanics and the top line Lucca AC pure silver power chords and filters are introduced
2007 — The company officially changes its name in Goldnote and also introduces a new line of dedicated high-end audio professional products, the Blacknote Line, mainly dedicated to digital equipment. The first Blacknote product is the DSS media player that can read high-definition computer music files, an extremely innovative product for the high-end audio market.
Parralel to the new line In the same line are: Tuscany and Baldinotti Aurum flagship MC cartridges , the Stibbert Black Pearl acclaimed top quality CD player, and the third generation of Stibbert and Koala CD Players using Sanyo mechanics.
2006 — The first generation of the Demidoff Diamond inductive amplifier is introduced together with the first line of top quality high-end audio interconnect cables and speakers.
2005 — The S3 higher power integrated amplifier is presented together with the second generation of Stibbert and Koala CD players using Sony mechanics, the inductive phono preamplifier Phono-2 and the second generation of the Phono-1 phono preamplifier.
2004 — The Koala Line of affordable top quality CD Players using Pioneer mechanics, the second generation of Steroid amplifiers, the Boboli Signature and Baldinotti Signature MC cartridges as well as the second generation of Boboli and Baldinotti MC cartridges are launched.
2003 — The Stibbert CD Player Pamphili, the flagship tube phono preamplifier Bellaria, and the best unipivot first titanium tonearm are introduced.
2002 — The company presents: the Bellagio top quality turntable; the Piccolo, that becomes the first all transparent acrylic turntable; the B-5 ball bearings 9” tonearm; the Reale floorstanding and Ducale bookshelf, highly damped loudspeakers with handmade drivers.
2001 — The first generation of the Demidoff multi transformer amplifier using massive inductive power supply and the Belvedere turntable with curved plinths are introduced; the Borromeo becomes the first top quality unipivot tonearm. The De Medici tube phono preamplifier is introduced with the first generation of loudspeakers, the A-3 and A-6.
2000 — Bellavista is the first first high density turntable made with acrylic boards and featuring a new top quality spindle design.
1999 — The Boboli and Baldinotti MC cartridges are launched.
1998 — The company introduces Sound Master, the first amplifier made using the Mirror-Amp proprietary design and the CD-5, the first CD Player.
1997 — The Vox Deck 12 first turntable, offered with two different and proprietary ball bearings and unipivot tonearms is launched.
1996 — The company introduces Kymyas, the revolutionary treatment for restoring vinyl records , and the Galaktos treatment for improving CDs’ sound quality. The Cable Freezer, inspired to the Super Conductor first discovered by Heike Kamerlingh in the 1911, is also introduced.
1992 — Bluenote becomes an audio company presenting its first product, the innovative and still available Midas Ebony tube resonator, distributed by Richardson Electronics Holding.
1985 — The original Bluenote is founded, the Cultural Association and Music School at the roots of Gold Note.
