The first units of the new HornSolutions Quantum Drive have now been completed. The inaugural production series consists of just five units in total, and—as is often the case with true first-generation projects-the manufacturing process proved to be significantly more demanding than initially anticipated. Production ultimately required considerably more time than planned and posed substantial challenges for our technical team.
After countless hours of development, refinement, and meticulous attention to detail, the first three Quantum Drives are now ready to leave the workshop on Monday and begin their journey to their new owners.
What makes this milestone particularly exciting for HornSolutions is that these units will soon be paired with some truly exceptional turntables.
A Brinkmann, TechDAS, and DaVinci turntable will each be receiving their Quantum Drive upgrade.
While this first series presented its share of challenges, it also provided invaluable insight and allowed us to further refine our processes
—particularly in terms of finishing quality, tolerances, and overall execution. These lessons will be fully implemented in the forthcoming units.
For now, HornSolutions is simply proud-and relieved-to see the first Quantum Drives completed and ready to take their place in outstanding analog systems.
