As many of you may already know, the Ayazi DAC was the very first product ever created by Ideon Audio, originally introduced in late 2015 / early 2016, and for many audiophiles, it has become something of a cult product.
As Ideon Audio celebrates 10 years of presence in high-end audio, and ahead of the introduction of an all-new Ayazi model this autumn – we decided to create something truly special and collectible.
The Ayazi X Anniversary Edition
Only 20 Ayazi X Anniversary units will ever be produced worldwide. Nineteen will be made available to customers, while one unit will remain permanently in the IDEON Audio museum collection as part of the company’s history.
As visible in the attached photos, the Ayazi X Anniversary features a distinctive “X” on its front panel, while every unit carries also the signature of the designer on the rear panel. It will become a true collector’s edition.
Far beyond a cosmetic release, the Ayazi X Anniversary incorporates selected technologies and components directly derived from the Absolute DAC, including Active Bridges technology, an Absolute-grade transformer implementation, premium capacitors in critical sections of the design, and the same internal Ultra Pure Silver wiring used in the Absolute DAC – elevating its performance to an entirely new level.
The result is an Ayazi unlike anything we have ever built before, faster, more organic, more dynamic, more emotionally engaging, and unquestionably collectible.
