Mono & Stereo’s long-time follower, Simon, recently completed installation of a dedicated audio room in a converted barn in East Kent, UK. Design and build of the room by Sono Solutions. Magico M3 speakers driven by VTL amplification with dCS Vivaldi and EAR Disc Master sources.
The turntable sports two Durand tonearms (Tosca and Talea) for stereo (AS Palladian) and mono (Miyajima Zero) and is on a Herzan/Taiko isolation base. Cabling by Audioquest and Synergistic Research and acoustic diffusers from RDAcoustic. Additional racks and isolation from Marigo Audio Lab, Grand Prix Audio and Adona. LP storage outside the listening room is from Ophon.
