October 7, 2014-Rocklin, CA – MIT Cables, manufacturer of audio and video interfaces, is celebrating their 30th year as one of the leading manufacturer of audio and video cabling and power line treatments. The company will commemorate the milestone by having a 30thAnniversary Giveaway Contest giving anyone the chance to win MIT products every day for thirty days. The Contest will be presented on MIT’s new website launched today called the MIT Buyers Club.
The MIT Buyers Club website will provide a place for customers to become Buyer Club Members, giving them the opportunity to participate in group buys, select product discounts and other promotions, including the 30th Anniversary Contest and the Buyers Club Rewards Program, where consumers earn points on purchases and referrals.
The Buyers Club website will also become home to the new MIT Home Theater Series featured in the MIT Store and will be the launching pad for a new series of products coming soon from MIT Cables which are geared primarily to headphone users, and will provide a “blog” area where consumers can comment on the development of these products.
“MIT recognizes this as an ideal platform to test market new products.” says Kent Loughlin, Vice President, Sales and Marketing for MIT Cables. “If any or all of these products are successful, then our dealers and distributers have a proven product to sell.”
MIT will kick-off the Buyers Club website today with the first group or “Power Buy” where consumers determine the product discount based on a “group volume”. The first round of Power Buys will feature the newly released series of Predator™ products, a line of noise filtering cables and plugs dubbed “Noise Devouring Cables” and “Power Strip Noise Traps” specifically designed for use with headphone accessories powered by 110- 220V AC. Discounts start at 30% and buyers can receive up to 60% depending on how many units are sold during the thirty-two day Power Buy ending on November 1, 2014.
MIT Cables are used to interface the finest professional recording studios throughout the world, including Lucasfilms Skywalker Sound, and have become highly recognized for their patented Multipole Technology featured in all of MIT’s cabling products.
