10 years in the making and inspired by traditional loudspeaker form, the Pitt & Giblin Superwax design philosophy stems from a unique opportunity to commission a bespoke system and listening experience, for Brunswick (VIC) sound bar Waxflower. We’ve refined the original brief and created Superwax Mini. It’s exposed, no frills and no grille. The striking visual language used to amplify familiar elements reconfigures the way we interact with the speaker and brings the music we listen to closer to us.
MODERN
Advanced acoustical design defines us; that’s why modern amplification and digital signal processing is coupled with a bespoke constant directivity bronze waveguide. Its breathtaking performance yields accuracy and power.
BRONZE WAVEGUIDE
Cast from solid bronze in Hobart, Tasmania, and finished by hand, 110×60 (H x V) constant directivity waveguide exhibits exceptional pattern control. Designed in-house to suit our titanium diaphragm compression driver and integrate seamlessly with the mid-bass drive unit, for astounding accuracy and effortless output.
BIRCH CABINET
Victorian Blackbutt veneered birch plywood is CNC machined, before being carefully assembled and finished by hand. Robust construction methods with considerable bracing creates an incredibly inert cabinet for minimal colouration. Built to last a lifetime.
