Nuvistors with ceramic bodies are used in all amplifier stages, which have many unique advantages. S.A. Lab Hercules Pre features a two-chassis design. The separate power supply of the Hercules Pre is a dual-mono design. The stabilized power supply for the input stages significantly reduces distortion.
There are 6 line inputs including 3 XLR and plenty of balanced and unbalanced outputs. A 6,3 mm headphone jack is provided on the front panel. All the balanced inputs and outputs are transformer coupled.
S.A.Lab uses the highest quality finishing utilizing genuine Ferrari lacquers (any color) and natural leather with stitching.
