Interesting… SOULNOTE – Japan have just released all new phono preamplifier with dedicated optical input, that is directly compatible with DS Audio optical cartridges. E2 phono equaliser uses non-feedback differential emitter bypass circuit, that greatly reduces the impedance. Without the need for phase compensation and band limitation, fully balanced non-feedback circuit exploits the merits of photoelectric cartridges by introducing the excellent transient responsiveness and shockingly natural/vivid music atmosphere.
