The Mono-Bloc Ultimate Amplifier H Three M1400, part of the Heritage Line, represents a new milestone in Orpheus engineering. Its current amplification stage is driven by forty-eight manually matched power MOSFETs, capable of delivering instantaneous current peaks of up to 192 amperes. Each MOSFET is controlled by a dedicated bipolar driver stage, ensuring exceptional precision throughout the amplification chain.
Combined with a multi-point feedback topology, this design applies the optimal amount of feedback to achieve a seamless balance between musicality and technical performance. As a result, the H Three M1400 delivers outstanding control and compatibility with virtually any loudspeaker.
The amplifier’s Class AB architecture is optimized with a carefully calibrated 2000 mA bias current, resulting in an idle power consumption of 520 W per channel and a stable operating temperature approximately 25°C above ambient. An advanced polarization circuit maintains optimal bias regardless of operating temperature, while the low-impedance BJT control architecture ensures consistent biasing under all load conditions, even during the highest current peaks.
