That’s called dedication and passion. From the lot of 3000 measured, tested and handpicked transistors (sourced from USA and Japan), there are still around 500 needed to be mounted by Andrea Pivetta for his PowerOne power amplifier. As you can see on the photo below, even those that are visually imparted are removed from the batch.
