If you think that Dan D’Agostino flagship power amplifier enormous, think again. The all new Playback Designs SP-8 stereo solid state power amplifier is scarily impressive in person (130 kg, 2×1600 Watts peak continuous power). It follows the design cues of the Dream DAC series with same and even more extreme painstaking efforts to push the limits of the performance. There is something about it’s very core that operates with an organic an feather like lightness. I’ll surely follow up….
