Audio Video Show is about to enter its 21th edition. With over 155 exhibitors and over 160 conference rooms, it is the second largest event of its kind in Europe. If you consider that the flights are less than 200 EUR for most destinations and hotels are 50 EUR per night, its not really an expensive voyage into our beloved world of high-end audio. Like each year, I’ll be there for whole three days covering and reporting…
“The idea behind the event is to give visitors a first-hand experience Show, just like similar events all over the world, is held not in a crowded, noisy exhibition Center, but in the luxury interiors of the National Stadium and Warsaw Golden Tulip and Radisson Blu Sobieski hotels. The idea is to bring the equipment closer to the user, with hotel suites and conference rooms recreating conditions similar to those at home.”

“Years 2015-16 saw the greatest changes in the event’s history. First, we changed the name from Audio Show to Audio Video Show, which enabled us to reach a much wider audience. Second, the exhibition was held at the National Stadium in Warsaw, so exhibitors had much more space at their disposal. Third, we extended the event from two to three days. The introduced changes resulted in vast increases in terms of the number of exhibitors and rooms, press coverage, and the number of visitors, as the figures below demonstrate.”
