In 1959 Richter made this successful recording of the Rachmaninoff’s 2nd Piano Concerto with the Warsaw Philharmonic, under the baton of Stanislaw Wislocki, that was pressed on Deutsche Grammophon Gesellschaft very first stereo GY5 label.
