The second loudspeaker Rockport Technologies has launched in 2005 was the last and smallest member of the MIRA family, the MIRA Monitor. The MIRA Monitor was a 2-way bookshelf loudspeaker which featured a 6.5” Nomex cone woofer and a 1” Scanspeak silk dome tweeter. The MIRA Monitor performed extremely well in a bookshelf setting due to its shallow depth and front firing port. It could also be ordered with a custom stand for floor standing installations. The MIRA Monitor represented Rockports smallest and most affordable loudspeaker to date.
