Essential to the success of the ORION are three newly developed drive units: the new custom 13-inch woofer with carbon fiber sandwich cone that delivers impressive first-octave response with amazing headroom and grip, an all-new 7-inch midrange driver made of carbon fiber sandwich material with densely saturated timbres and unsurpassed transparency, and a 1,25-inch beryllium tweeter with waveguide mounting that exhibits near- perfect piston response, resulting in extremely low distortion and exceptionally transparent, extended and dynamically realistic high frequencies.
