Seismion is thrilled to annouce the all-new Reactio 2 active vibration isolator. It is the consequent advancement from the original Reactio and the Reactio plus. The Seismion Reactio 2 is a professional tool for perfect vibration isolation without compromises. It was developed with the toughest criteria both from the high-end audio field as well as industrial use in metrology and semiconductor production. It features an exceptional isolation performance starting in the sub-Hertz range, in a totally new housing.
It features the following key specifications and improvements compared to our already highly successful Reactio plus:
- more than -10 dB reduction already at 1 Hz
only a very exclusive circle of active vibration isolators is capable of such a performance. It efficiently isolates even building vibrations and reaches more than -20 dB around 5 Hz, where the disturbances are typically the highest
- fully automatic leveling functionality
the Reactio 2 includes several deflection sensors and motors. By automatic leveling it is assured that the top-plate is always perfectly aligned with a repeatability of 25 µm. By that, the sensors and actuators always operate under optimal conditions
- locking functionality
with a push on the button, the top-plate can be locked against the housing. By that also the passive isolation is eliminated, and delicate equipment like turntables can be setup
- differential measurement technology
the vibration sensors of our Reactio isolators are designed with the differential measurement technology. By that, their susceptibility to interferences is greatly reduced compared to single-ended technology, which is the standard in industry
- 2x better noise performance than the former Reactio plus
the total noise generation is simulated by sophistical computer models, and with a selected choice of Operational Amplifiers the noise floor could be reduced even further. Ther result is a perfectly clean and silent background
- higher passive resonance damping of top- and bottom-plates
for additional passive damping especially at higher frequencies, the top- and bottom-plates are now made of MDF fiberboards
- design optimized for high-end audio usage
high-quality push button, DC-connector and housing, all our isolators are hand-finished in our production site in Hannover, Germany. We only use highest quality components and a perfect finish

on request the Reactio 2 can be ordered in different colour schemes like black or pure gold
