Sonner Audio takes extraordinary efforts to apply the Roman bridge’s fundamental physics to build the single-piece curve panel. Roman arch geometry is much stronger and more stable because it distributes weight or force evenly vs. 2 pillars and a cross-member. A rectangular speaker box applies two pillars and a cross-member construction whose strength is limited to the joint and length of the pillar/cross-member.
Sonner takes the arch geometry to next level by constructing the curve using multilayers construction to suppress outward (X-axis) and downward (Y-axis) force.
