Stellavox visit in 1986…sadly 4 years later they were gone…I was asked to supply some images for Roland Schellin’s book on Stellavox. Georges Quellet is one of the most beautiful human beings I’ve ever met. He is responsible for inspiring the likes of Mark Levinson and myself. Unlike Stefan Kudelski[Nagra] who was saved by his son Andre’s Satellite TV encryption box [worth billions], Quellet lost everything.
He now runs a Bed & Breakfast with his wife in Hauterive, Switzerland and is working on hearing aids. Ironically, the “earphones” biz is quite nuts at the moment… – Kostas Metaxas
