Inspired by Nordic mythology, SV-Audio by Storgaard & Vestskov Menja and Fenja were Jotun sisters said to possess immense power, will, and determination. Forced to grind gold and prosperity for King Frode, they were condemned to endless labor – until they seized control of their fate. As an act of revenge, they conjured an army that defeated Frode and brought his golden age to an end.
That same balance between strength and control, will and purpose, is the foundation of MENJA: Two main loudspeakers and two rear active towers.
We began by reworking our trusted 7″ bass drivers and refining the cabinet design to improve speed and responsiveness. Internal damping plays a key role in optimizing mechanical control and achieving ideal performance in both sealed and reflex configurations.
Each driver is carefully hand-matched to ensure seamless integration. We’ve also upgraded our crossover with zero-ohm coils and 800V capacitors, allowing the signal to flow with the utmost purity.
The bass tower features a hybrid configuration: Three 7″ units in a sealed pressure chamber deliver fast, dry, articulate bass, while another three units in a rear-vented reflex chamber extend the response down to 36Hz. The result is a more controlled bass, forming a wide and precise soundstage.
Menja is completed with our signature fronts crafted to be both luxurious in appearance and acoustically supportive, enhancing the overall listening experience.
