For the 4th anniversary of Deutsche Elektronenröhren Manufaktur GmbH the all-new molybdenum version of Elrog 300B, the ER300B-Mo was introduced. The development did not stop there and the Elrog 300B line got an additional, third model that was inspired by Thomas Mayer’s favorite tube, the 46. Instead of creating the ELROG ER46 tube, Thomas and his team decided to explore the option to recreate the sound of the 46 in a tube which can deliver more power and Elrog TM300B was born.
After many prototypes with a new filament and grid structure which is extremely hard to manufacture they finalized the TM300B that will be only manufactured in very limited numbers. Initially, Elrog TM300B will be reserved only for the Thomas Mayer amplifiers and his customers.
