After the sucessful first phase Thomas Mayer decided to proceed with yet another even further cost optimised version of the D3a phono preamp with LCR RIAA. Interestingly there are three versions now: Looking at the pictures; on top is original full blown version (chokes in the power supply and oil caps throughout in the high voltage sections). Power supply on the left and signal section on the right. The middle shows newly built set of cost down cutted Phase 1 verrsion and at the bottom there is new phase 2 concept design.
