Sneak preview of Tron Electric’s new phono stage called the Tron Convergence. The name refers to the “converging” of exceptional performance and build quality at a very attractive price. The Convergence is a MC phono stage with 69dB of gain of which 20dB is supplied via custom made MC transformers.
The Convergence can also be supplied for use with MM cartridges at an even lower price.
The compact dimensions are 16.8cm wide x 33cm deep and 9cm high and the machined casework is of a very high standard.
Production starts in January with delivery of the first batch due in early February.
Now the best bit. The price for the Convergence is £1000 for the MC version and £900 for the MM version.
This is a truly outstanding product at this price point as all who have heard it so far will testify.
