The new Aries Cerat line is called ACSUT and the ACSUT-1B step up transformer is the first model to the line. This is a low step up ratio of 1:4, specially designed for low impedance carts.
It is winded in a 100% perfect symmetrical way, with dual bobbins in a fully geometrical and electrical differential mode, so it’s input and output are true balanced. This cancels out noise picked up ,right from the cart’s generator, to the phono’s input.
The true balanced output means that the proprietary true differential input stage of the Talos phono stage can be fully utilized.
The ACSUT line can accommodate any user requirements with SUTs custom designed to match any cartridge.
Custom step up ratios are also available.
