Carbide Audio launches its Carbide Base audio footers. A culmination of 2 years of research and development, Carbide Base redefines the state of the art for vibration isolation for audio. The patent pending design incorporates interchangeable viscoelastic elements called ViscoRings, zirconia ball bearings, and a novel multi-axis design to provide a high level of both vibration isolation and vibration dissipation. An exceptionally low resonance frequency achieves isolation across nearly all of the audible spectrum.

Carbide Bases are $330 USD each and sold direct from our website https://carbide.audio in sets of 3 or 4 in polished black or silver. Each Carbide Base includes 3 interchangeable ViscoRings for different weight ranges, 3 carpet spikes, and 6 stainless steel studs for optionally mounting to your equipment. Carbide Base can support up to 300 lbs (227 kg) per device, or 1200 lbs (544 kg) for a set of 4.
Carbide Bases ship internationally in a hard case which is provided to protect the ViscoRings not in use.
